The product

What is Luminik? +
Luminik is an event pipeline platform: a web app for pre-event ICP scoring and post-event attribution, plus a mobile app for booth capture. It runs the five stages of an event motion (source, enrich, sequence, capture, attribute) through the CRM and enrichment vendors you already pay for.
Is Luminik a product or a service? +
A product. You sign in to a web app at app.luminik.io, your reps install the Luminik mobile app (iOS and Android, launching alongside V1; pilot customers get direct install access today), and both sides talk to the same Luminik API. Early customers get white-glove onboarding (your first event is run alongside our team), and the platform itself is the deliverable.
Who is it for? +
Mid-market B2B teams, 100 to 300 employees, Series A through Series C, running 5+ flagship events a year. You already pay for Salesforce or HubSpot and have an enrichment vendor (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LeadMagic). Luminik is built for event marketing managers, RevOps, and the AEs/SDRs working the floor.
What does the web app actually do? +
Upload an attendee CSV, auto-enrich against your vendor, score every attendee against one or more ICP profiles, and push ranked target lists into your sequencer. After the event, the same app shows the funnel (emails to replies to meetings to opportunities), per-event pipeline attribution, and an executive summary with blended event ROI. Both CSV and PDF export are built in.
What does the mobile app do on the floor? +
Three capture methods: QR scan, on-device badge OCR with per-field confidence (so blurry fields get flagged before you submit), and manual entry. A review screen before anything saves. Voice notes record, transcribe, and attach to the attendee timeline with AI-extracted next steps. Meetings log in one tap. If Wi-Fi dies, every capture queues locally and syncs when it returns. Reps can also search the pre-event attendee list by name or company, see the ICP score, and push someone to the CRM straight from the attendee detail screen.
Do I need the mobile app to use Luminik? +
No. The web app handles the full pre-event and post-event workflow on its own. The mobile app is what you hand your reps for the floor: booth capture, voice notes, meeting logs. If your team only needs pre-event scoring and post-event attribution, you can skip the mobile app entirely.

How it works

Which integrations are live today? +
Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and Slack run through OAuth. Apollo also supports an API-key path for teams that want it. Outreach is listed in the integrations screen as shipping Q2 2026. CRM sync runs hourly; sequence pushes are on-demand from the Contacts page or a List.
How does data get from a badge scan to my CRM? +
Rep scans the badge, reviews the parsed fields on-screen, and hits submit. The record goes to the Luminik API immediately (or queues if offline). After the event, the attribution engine matches that capture against your Salesforce or HubSpot opportunities and writes back sourced or influenced pipeline. Every match shows a confidence level (HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW). LOW-confidence matches wait for RevOps review before anything touches your Opportunity record.
How does ICP scoring work? +
You define one or more ICP profiles (industry, title, company size, signals). The scoring service runs AI matching against the enriched attendee data and returns a score plus a reasoning string for each person. Scores are visible in the table, on the attendee detail page, and on the mobile app when a rep looks someone up. You can recalculate when the profile changes.
What about events I'm not attending? +
Works the same for virtual targeting. If you can get a list (registration exports, speaker rosters, sponsor directories, LinkedIn event pages), Luminik scores, sequences, and pushes to your CRM. The mobile capture doesn't apply if your reps aren't on the floor. But pre-event sourcing and post-event attribution still run. Some teams use Luminik purely for pre-event intelligence on shows they're not sponsoring.
BYOV? What does that mean for me? +
Bring Your Own Vendor. If you already pay Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, or LeadMagic, Luminik uses your credentials to enrich. You don't pay twice for the same data, and the vendor relationship (DPA, rate limits, compliance) stays yours. If you don't have an enrichment vendor, a managed enrichment add-on is available at the Growth tier.
What's in V1 vs. the roadmap? +
V1 ships today: pre-event ICP scoring and enrichment, mobile capture (QR, badge OCR, voice notes, offline sync), post-event funnel analytics, attribution writeback, CSV/PDF export, and Salesforce/HubSpot/Apollo/Slack integrations. On the post-V1 list: Outreach integration (ships Q2 2026), Eventbrite auto-pull, Gong call attribution, and an event discovery feed. We only say something ships when it ships.

How Luminik compares

How is this different from the event intelligence tool I'm already paying for? +
Intelligence tools stop at "who's registered." They don't enrich with your vendor, don't push to your sequencer, don't capture the floor, and don't write attributed pipeline to your CRM. Luminik runs all five stages of the motion. You keep the vendors and CRM you already pay for.
How is this different from a badge capture app? +
Scan apps catch the badge and dump a CSV. No pre-event ICP context on the capture, no offline-first sync guarantees, no attribution writeback. Luminik's capture screens already know the pre-event ICP score, write straight back to Salesforce or HubSpot, and surface attribution in the analytics dashboard.
How is this different from an event suite with a closed waterfall? +
Event suites report attribution inside their own dashboard. Their enrichment, their sequencer, their attribution numbers. Your CFO ends up looking at a vendor screen instead of Salesforce. Luminik is the opposite stance: open infrastructure, CRM-native writeback, no parallel dashboard to maintain.

How do I get started? +
Book a 20-minute walkthrough. We'll pick one real event off your calendar, set up your workspace, connect Salesforce or HubSpot and your enrichment vendor, upload the attendee list, and run it across all five stages. Most first events go from CSV to CRM-ready scored leads in under 4 hours. Attribution writes back 24-48 hours after the floor closes.
What do you need from me to kick off? +
An event calendar. An ICP definition (or 45 minutes to co-write one). Admin access to Salesforce or HubSpot and to your enrichment vendor. Emails for the reps who'll install the mobile app.
What does it cost? +
Three published tiers. Starter $299/month for one flagship per quarter. Growth $799/month for a full event calendar with a 10 booked meetings floor per flagship event. Scale $1,999/month for multi-BU and procurement review. Optional $2,500 Concierge Pilot as a first-event add-on, fully credited against Year 1 if you subscribe within 30 days of event close. Data, privacy, and operations

Is my data safe? +
Yes. Everything in transit is encrypted. OAuth tokens and API keys for your CRM and enrichment connections are stored in an isolated, encrypted vault, separate from tenant data. Tenant data itself is row-level isolated. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. We supply the InfoSec questionnaire on request.
Where is data hosted? +
US East by default. Your attendee data and voice note audio sit in an isolated bucket, not shared across customers. If your procurement needs a different region, ask on a call.
What about enrichment compliance? +
Under BYOV, Luminik calls your enrichment vendor's API with your own credentials. Your vendor agreement and DPA with them covers the enrichment layer. Luminik's DPA covers what we store and process on top of that. We don't resell enrichment data. We don't hold raw profile payloads past the vendor's own allowed retention window.
What happens to data for attendees who opt out or request deletion? +
Delete an attendee from the web app or via API, and the deletion cascades to enrichment records, activity logs, and any voice note files. CRM records are yours and stay yours. Luminik doesn't touch those on deletion. You handle the CRM-side cleanup in Salesforce or HubSpot directly.
