Delete your Luminik account
Last updated: July 29, 2026
You can delete your user account from the Luminik mobile app on iOS or Android; the steps are the same on both. If you cannot access the app, you can send the same request by email.
Delete in the mobile app (iOS and Android)
- Sign in to Luminik and open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review both confirmation prompts, then select Delete Account again.
The request requires a network connection. If it does not complete, reconnect and try again or use the email path below.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@luminik.io with the subject “Luminik account deletion request.”
Send the request from your account email when possible and include your company or workspace name. We may ask for information already associated with the account to verify the request. We respond to privacy-rights requests within 30 days.
What account deletion does
When in-app deletion succeeds, Luminik:
- disables your user account and signs the mobile app out;
- removes your registered push-notification device tokens;
- clears your first and last name from the Luminik user record; and
- replaces the email and identity references on that record with deletion markers.
Shared workspace records may remain
Luminik is a business workspace. Event, attendee, meeting, and activity records created for your organization may be shared with colleagues and may need to remain in its event pipeline, reporting, or audit history. Those records can remain after your user account is deleted, but the user who created them is shown with an anonymized deleted-user identity.
Your organization controls customer-supplied workspace data. To request removal of shared workspace records, contact your organization’s Luminik administrator or email privacy@luminik.io. We will apply the organization’s instructions and any legal or contractual retention duties.
Data written to connected services
Account deletion does not remove records that your organization has written to Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or another connected service. Your organization controls that external data under its own vendor agreements and deletion procedures.
Current retention windows
These default periods apply where the record is relevant. A verified request may result in earlier deletion, while a legal hold or Enterprise order form may require a different period.
- Account records
- For the subscription term, plus 30 days for export after termination.
- Customer-supplied attendee and CRM data
- For the subscription term, then deleted within 30 days after termination, subject to backup cycles.
- Enriched records
- For the subscription term. Re-enrichment cycles overwrite older values.
- Meeting logs and attribution events
- 24 months rolling. An Enterprise order form may specify a longer period.
- Usage and security logs
- Up to 13 months.
- Support communications
- Up to 36 months.
- Financial and tax records
- 7 years where required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
- Backups
- Up to 90 days before rotation.
See the Luminik Privacy Policy for the complete retention and legal-rights terms.
Billing and app-store subscriptions
Luminik does not sell individual subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple or Google. Mobile access is provided through your organization’s Luminik subscription. Deleting your user account therefore does not create or cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
